Job Description
The Property Manager shall be responsible for Service Delivery, Quality
Control- adopting Quantitative Tools, Performance Measurement, Client
Relationship, Smooth integration between Engineering and Soft Services,
MIS Generation, Critical equipment breakdown trend analysis, Financial &
Budgetary Controls of Property Management Services.
The Property Manager’s core competency would lie in having an eye for
details, planning & implementations of systems and procedures and
controlling energy consumption by effective operation of the equipment and
machineries. He would be responsible for vendor management & OEM co-
ordination and all issues related to engineering services.
